Lead in the development and implementation of a comprehensive HR strategy in collaboration with Senior Management Design, implement and manage an effective performance management system v Develop, implement and manage a Talent Management Plan which addresses the specific human resource requirements of the company to meet its current and future operational and business needs and to improve on (he collective knowledge, skill and competence of the Company

*    Design and implement change management processes, as required. Develop and implement training plans and schedules for the Company

✓ Serve as the HR resource person I coach to the company’s Senior Management advising on matters concerning HR and how it unpacts other areas of the business.

Build HR functional capacity in the company by developing and maintaining sound human resources systems, pohdes, procedures, practices, including salary administration, employee benefits, recruitment, staffing, employee relations, staff development and lab our relations r- Ensure Company compliance with afl labour taw and employment requirements

r Work with the CEO and Senior Management on identifying and growing a vibrant company culture and set of company values, x Manage the HR Department and staff. Education and Experience:

Should be PhD in HR Management OR MBA .n HRM from LUMS / IBA. A minimum of 15 years working experience in HR. at senior management level in weB recogn<zed /.reputed companies, professional from muftmatonal will be preferred.

Eligibility:

a.    DAE (Electronics) from a recognized institute

b.    15 years experience onboard ships (Retired PN personnel (CWEA) will be preferred

c.    Good knowledge of working principles / maintenance of system fitted on ships related to surface warfare, underwater warfare and communication networks on HF / VHF / UHF equipments.

d.    Good knowledge of proper installation, setting to work and trials for commissioning of captioned systems.

e.    Good knowledge of quality control & assurance as per ISO standards.

f.    Age limit 40 years (special relaxation for retired PN personnel).

CONDITIONS:

1.    The appointment will be initially for six months extendable with mutual consent subject to the satisfactory performance. The post is likely to continue till the completion of Project. 3.    Successful candidate will have to work on issues related to electricity billing, tariff, reconciliation of billing, verification of connections & proper coding. Technical issues relating to Irrigation, PHE & others and tariff petitions in NEPRA.
